C. Applicability
These conditions apply when you buy or have bought something from us. We do our best to bring these general conditions to your attention. They tell you what we do for you and what we expect from you.

 

D. The offer
We always tell you honestly what, when and how you can buy something. And, of course, what it costs and whether you can exchange it. Mistake on the product page? Of course you can hold us to that. Except when the mistake is clearly a blunder and you could have known that in advance.

 

E. The agreement
1. We work every day to create a safe web environment. So you can shop with us with peace of mind.
2. If you order something from us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After that, we will keep you informed until your package arrives. After all, it is your stuff.
3. We include all the information and details you need with your order, but most of it can be found on our website.

 

F. Right of withdrawal
1. Sometimes things just don't work out between you and your product. In this case, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. We will send you a new product or refund your payment.
2. We also accept 'therefore' as a reason.

 

G. What we expect from you during the cooling-off period
Unpack your package in your own way and examine the product from all sides. Not happy with it? Then don't do anything with it that you wouldn't want someone else to do with your purchase before you did. If you do, you may get less money back for the product.

 

H. Shipping costs for returns
These will be paid by you.

 

I. What you cannot return
Some products can unfortunately not be returned:
1. Products already worn by you.

 

J. The Price
1. We are always honest about this, so there are no surprises.
2. All prices include VAT.

 

K. Keeping promises and guarantees
1. We do what we promise. And we are always honest with you.
2. You are entitled to a good product. Full stop. Is there something wrong with it? Then of course we will solve it for you. In doing so, we always follow the law.

 

L. Delivery and execution
1. We will do everything, and I mean everything, to make you happy.
2. In principle: if you can order it on our website, we have it in stock. Can we not deliver it? Then we'll refund your money or offer you a good alternative. You may of course exchange such an alternative product at any time.

 

M.Shipping and delivery policy

1. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

 

N. Payment
1. We accept Bancontact, IDEAL and PayPal.

2. All payments are done in the most secured way possible.

 

O. Complaints
1. If you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible and describe your problem as clearly as possible. Then we can help you best.
2. You will receive a reply from us within 2 working days at the latest. We will either help you straight away or tell you how much time we need to put things right.
