Delivery & Returns

1. We will do everything, and I mean everything, to make you happy.
2. In principle: if you can order it on our website, we have it in stock. Can we not deliver it? Then we'll refund your money or offer you a good alternative. You may of course exchange such an alternative product at any time.

3. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
4. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

1. Sometimes things just don't work out between you and your product. In this case, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. We will send you a new product or refund your payment.
2. We also accept 'therefore' as a reason.

3. Shipping costs for the return are paid by you.
